Christmas Private Dining

Celebrate Christmas with us in our private dining room, with a festive menu designed for groups of 8–20 guests.

Our Christmas dining experience is available for private bookings throughout the festive season, making it ideal for Christmas parties, team celebrations, family gatherings and festive get-togethers.

Our festive feasting menu is available exclusively for private dining bookings of 8–20 guests and includes a glass of Champagne on arrival. Please note, we also have non-alcoholic sparkling wine available.

Please note: We are unable to cater for a vegan diet. If you have any other dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know when making your booking and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Making your booking 

To enquire about a Christmas booking, please email rachel@raymondsnottingham.co.uk with the following:

·      Your preferred date and time

·      Number of guests

·      A contact telephone number

·      Any dietary requirements or allergies 

Once your date and time have been confirmed, we will send you a secure payment link to pay a £15 deposit per person.

The deposit payment link will remain active for 48 hours. If payment has not been received within this period, your booking will automatically be released. If you need a little longer to make payment, please let us know and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

Your £15 per-person deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day.

Bookings terms and conditions

Deposits

A £15 deposit per person is required to secure your Christmas booking. Deposits are redeemable against your final bill on the day of your booking.

Cancellation of your booking

If you need to cancel your booking in full, at least 7 days’ notice is required for your deposits to be refunded. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will be subject to loss of the deposit.

Changes to guest numbers

If your guest numbers change, please let us know as soon as possible. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any reduction in guest numbers. Reductions made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £15 charge per person removed from the booking.

Dietary requirements

Please advise us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we are unable to cater for a vegan diet.

 By confirming your booking and paying your deposit, you are agreeing to these Christmas booking terms and conditions.
